Opis posla:

•Have a sole management responsibility of the Planning and Construction division;

•Manage the whole development, design and planning process of the project according to the guidelines of the mother company and the Country Manager;

•Coordinate all application and approval processes in relation with the public authorities, ensure that all designs and layouts meet legal, technical and commercial requirements prescribed by local legal regulations;

•Recommend, engage and manage all consultants involved in the development, design, planning and the construction of the project;

Zahtevi:

•Degree educated in Civil Engineering or Architecture at a University level;

•Experienced with at least 10 years practical experience in the area of planning and design or project development in a Development Company, Consultancy, Contractor or Architectural Practice;

•Ready to actively build and organise the planning and construction division of a start-up company;

•A "Real Doer" with good analytical and conceptual skills, independent, assertive with distinctive social competence and convincing appearance;

•Familiar to work within international environment;

•Highly efficient and flexible at work;

•Energetic self starter, reliable and communicative personality;
•Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills;

•Computer literate (MS Office package);
