We recruit the position of Country Manager for one of our clients, a worldwide known multinational company activating in sales.

Opis posla:

- Developing the company’s activity in Serbia, according to the development plan of the group
- Business development
- Developing the sales force in Serbia
- Responibility for the financial results
- Drawing-up and monitoring the budget
- Defining and implementing the local sales and price politics
- Maintaining the relationship with the clients
- Team management
- Responsible for reaching the objectives

Zahtevi:

- Relevant experience in assuring a company’s management
- Relevant experience in building and coordinating a sales team
- Previous experience or knowledge in welding would be a plus
- Results oriented person
- Motivated and dynamic person, proactive attitude
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership skills
- English language knowledge (upper-intermediate level)
- German language knowledge would be a plus
- PC knowledge
- Availability for business trips in the country and abroad
- Driving license B
