We are looking for:

Collection Manager

Job description:

* Plan, organize, monitor and control collections operations
* Assure achievement of tactical and strategic goals of the company
* Suggest implementation and use of new technology
* Design and assure delivery of performance reports
* Assure customer satisfaction in daily communication with the client and monthly presentation of results

Zahtevi:

* University degree (preferred Economy or Law)
* At least 2 years of professional Management experience
* Good organizational and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong management and negotiation skills
* Excellent in English (written / spoken)
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* Previous Management experience in credit / collection / risk department in banking / telecom sector will be considered as strong advantage
